  • The Centre for Distance Education Center provides assistance and technical support for the Platform users by the Helpdesk system. 
  • By using the Helpdesk, the user has the guarantee that the appropriate local administrator will solve the problem.

Reporting a problem

When reporting a problem, it is necessary to select the appropriate problem category , specifying the name of the Platform server directly affected by the reported problem. This will automatically redirect the request directly to the local administrator of the selected server.

We respond only to raports that relate to the Distance Education Platform (platforma.polsl.pl).
